This was quite an engaging read. Some of the events are overlapping throughout some of the series. Books by Stephen R. But he is ultimately a man of faith, who trusts God because he knows Him personally and has experienced His power to heal, save, and correct.
Book Review: “Merlin” by Stephen Lawhead
It was very intriguing. But they’re mortal, and the merlinn sinking is stuck right in the middle of recorded history. Still this is a good series of books.
Lawhead took an uncommon road in making him the brother of Gwalcmai Gawain rather merkin his brothers being Gaheris, Agravain, and Gareth.

I was about to skim back through a bit today to make sure everything was appropriate for him. And the villain is so evil.

At least Taliesin only declares lawhwad love for Charis, never having spoken to her before and that because he wars publicly with Avallach about just whom is going to marry his daughter.
While the characters start off alright, they all too quickly get aggravating.

What was most disappointing about Stephen R. In this Arthurian legend especially, where a lot of paganism is involved, it is very disconcerting to read a book that expresses the beliefs this way instead of being a fabulous work of fantasy.
